GPT Store

GPT Store

OpenAI has launched the GPT Store, a new platform designed to help users discover useful and popular custom versions of ChatGPT. Since the announcement of GPTs two months ago, over 3 million custom versions have been created, with many shared by builders for community use.

The GPT Store, initially accessible to ChatGPT Plus, Team, and Enterprise users, offers a wide range of GPTs developed by partners and the community. Users can browse the community leaderboard to find popular and trending GPTs in various categories. Most popular categories: DALL·E, writing, research, programming, education, and lifestyle.

New featured GPTs

Each week, the store will feature new, impactful GPTs. Early highlights include personalized trail recommendations from AllTrails, academic paper synthesis with Consensus, coding skill enhancement with Khan Academy’s Code Tutor, social post and presentation design with Canva, book recommendations with Books, and the CK-12 Flexi AI tutor for math and science learning.

Moreover, creating and sharing a GPT is straightforward and doesn’t require coding skills. To include a GPT in the store, builders must save their GPT for Everyone and verify their Builder Profile. OpenAI emphasizes compliance with the latest usage policies and GPT brand guidelines, supported by a new review system combining human and automated oversight.

Furthermore, OpenAI announced a revenue program for builders. It set to launch in Q1, allowing U.S. builders to earn based on user engagement with their GPTs.

For Team and Enterprise customers, the new ChatGPT Team plan offers access to a private section of the GPT Store. It’s featuring GPTs securely published to their workspace. The GPT Store for ChatGPT Enterprise customers will include enhanced admin controls for managing internal and external GPTs. Notably, conversations with GPTs on ChatGPT Team and Enterprise are not used for model improvement.
